Penn State values the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. From Nov. 4 to the 13, Penn State has planned a variety of events to recognize and honor the commitment of its service men and women. Nov. 4-10 – Military-Themed Movie Series, Locations Vary (see website for details)
Nov. 4 – Military Appreciation First Friday, Downtown State College, 5 to 9 p.m.
Nov. 5 – Huddle with the Faculty, The Nittany Lion Inn Ballroom, 9 to 10 a.m.
Nov. 5 – Pennsylvania Military Museum Pre-Tailgate Program, 51 Boal Avenue, Boalsburg, PA, 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Nov. 5 - Military Appreciation Tailgate,* Bryce Jordan Center, 3 to 6 p.m.
Nov. 5 - Military Appreciation Football Game, Beaver Stadium, 7 to 10 p.m.
Nov. 9 – Guest Speaker USMC Retired Jay Platt, Freeman Auditorium, HUB-Robeson Center, 6 p.m.
Nov. 10 – Student Veteran Luncheon,* Hintz Family Alumni Center, Noon to 2 p.m.

Nov. 12 – Freedom 5K for PTSD, Gate B, Bryce Jordan Center, 11 a.m.
Nov. 13 – Military Appreciation Women’s Basketball Game, Bryce Jordan Center, 1 to 4 p.m.
