Ann Robinson

Ms. Robinson joined Penn State as Associate General Counsel – Investments and Securities in 2026. Ann brings 20+ years of experience advising institutional investors, nonprofits, private fund sponsors and asset managers on investment-related legal matters. She began her investment management career in the Fund Formation / Investment Management group of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. 

  

Ann earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School and her B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literature from National Taiwan University. She is admitted to practice in New York and Texas. Ann is a native speaker of both English and Mandarin Chinese.
