Joseph Cullen is the Chief Investment Officer of the Office of Investment Management at the Pennsylvania State University. Prior to coming to Penn State he served as the Chief Investment Officer at the Montana Board of Investments.

Joe holds a BA in Economics from Ripon College and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.
